Mike is former four-term Mayor of Springfield, MA.  In his time, Mike has completed 36 years of public service in 2017, which began with his appointment as a Probation Officer in the Westfield District Court in 1974. He was appointed to the Massachusetts State Parole Board in 1982 by Governor Edward King and reappointed by Governor Michael S. Dukakis in 1987.  Mayor Albano has been an Adjunct Faculty member of several colleges including UMASS and Asnuntuck CC.  Mike brings years of experience to the clients of RCG.
