Jessica leads the Waterbury Area and Western, CT division of RCG.

She brings years of business process and financial management experience to The Rivo Consuting Group.  Most recently, Jessica has been the Office Manager/Bookkeeper (Operations Manager) for a local energy company. 

 

Jessica prides herself on her unique ability to provide maximum customer satisfaction while implementing business processes with proven results, more than doubling sales in the organization.  

 

"I treat our customers like family and believe in going above and beyond for them." is Jessica's everyday outlook.  She continues, "There needs to be more humility in humanity and I’m happy to share that with my customers."
