With extensive backgrounds in supply chain management, economics, personnel (HR) management, debt analysis, vendor negotiations, international business, mergers & acquisitions and business administration, the RCG Principles are poised to present innovative executive creativity for their clients to be able to realize maximum potential and a healthy bottom line!
The Rivo Consulting Group is lead by CEO, ERIC W. VOIDE, a Connecticut native whose entrepreneurial acumen earned early success. Graduating from Briarwood College after attending Quinnipiac College as a pre-med/psychology and business major, Eric began working as a COO for an area multigenerational business honing his administration and relationship-building skills. These accomplishments lead to a position with a NYC-Based German Venture Capital Company. He was entrusted with the acquisition of three struggling operations in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey. Authoring and deploying new business plans; hiring, training and retraining staff; identifying fraud and abuse; developing risk-management and operation plans, overseeing capital improvements and continually monitoring sales and marketing strategies, lead to unprecedented growth for these properties, earning the Connecticut property the ranking of 8th fastest growing business in Hartford County. His initiatives caught the attention of a west-coast investment company leading to a complete liquidation of these three properties realizing a huge profit for the investors over five short years.
Eric is also a four-time nominee of The Hartford Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40”. He has successfully lent repeated expert testimony, analysis, and document review to a large Las Vegas Law Firm, a DC Law Firm and Manhattan Law Firm, as well as The NY Attorney General's Buffalo Office and has consulted with an Environmental Safety Consortium based in Evesham, Great Britain.
Mr. Voide also became a partner in 32-Panel Sports, a professional sports franchise based in London, Ontario where he was charged with territory and franchise negotiations, annual player contract execution and business/sponsorship development of the organization. Simultaneously, he acted as consultant and player agent for The Connecticut Hammers and consulted with Italy's AC Perugia, Germany's FC Köln, and Galex International in matters of international marketing and product licensing. Eric also brings years of successful brokering experience not only representing business buyers and sellers but having sold many of his own start-ups and acquisitions, realizing exceptional ROI's.

PRESTON - Erin is RCG's in-house graphic designer helping new clients identify and brand themselves through creative marketing, merchandising and optics. Ms. Kelly is originally from Groton but now resides in Hartford and is a past student of The Massachusetts Art Institute and Hartford School of Design. Her youthful enthusiasm makes her sought after for her coveted ability to creatively conceptualize a client’s message in an attractive fashion across a variety of media.
CROMWELL - Growing up in Wethersfield, Connecticut, now living in Cromwell, Steve worked for the family liquor, beverage and ice company during his youth. After assuming business and real estate ownership, Steve later liquidated at an remarkable ROI. In his spare time, Steve enjoys his involvement with his nephew's drag racing team as part of the technical crew and prior to joining RCG, he raced hig performance offshore boats.
There isn't much Steve doesn't know about the retail liquor business.
GLASTONBURY - Gary is RCG's "Go-to-Guy" for qualified contacts in the Southern New England Region. Growing up in central Connecticut, Gary honed his skills through years of operating his own successful business. In addition to his personable nature invaluable in bringing buyers and sellers together, Gary's years of bar and restaurant experience reflects in his unique ability to identify and remedy all types of problems related to f&b service.
W. HARTFORD - Mark is Dynamic Partner, Chief Financial Officer, CPA & MBA with extensive domestic and international experience growing and leading a diverse range of entrepreneurial businesses. A BC alum, Mark's experiences include patent research, IT security, healthcare and manufacturing sectors and has even testified before the US House Armed Services Committee on issues related to IT security. Mark is a natural to assume much of the day to day operations of RCG. He resides in West Hartford with his wife and children.

BRISTOL - A native of Wisconsin, Sarah moved to Connecticut and started workin in Real Estate in early 2000. In that time, she has developed a vast array of unique and proprietary contacts in her efforts to market and represent her clients. For the past three years, prior to joining The Rivo Consulting Group, her efforts have been focused on commerical lending. When not working, Sarah enjoys spending time with her four children.
LEBANON - Having owned her own fine dining restaurant, Deanna is keenly aware of the challenges faced by small business owners in this state. She is well versed in commercial real estate and small business finance. Deanna joins RCG with the contacts and attitude to help business owners realize their M&A and financing goals as well as other areas of corporate consulting. Deanna enjoys spending time with her children and is active in autism awareness and animal welfare causes.
